The Group believes that its sustainability journey must be implemented through good governance that guarantees transparency, rigor, and attention to ESG issues. For this reason, Trax99 has its own Code of Ethics adopted at the group level, which contains guidelines for implementing the principles of good governance.
The Group is aware of the importance of complying with current regulations and of the attention it must pay to the important issue of anti-corruption, to which, given its operations, it is highly sensitive and attentive. Indeed, Trax99 is certified according to the UNI ISO 37001:2016 standard and has developed a specific anti-corruption policy.
It believes that good governance is essential for sustainable growth that respects the environment and society through the continuous monitoring of established objectives and the definition of future goals. All best practices, policies, and governance procedures of individual companies will be extended to the entire Group during the 2025-2027 plan period, in order to create a common governance and culture.

Although the Group's business focuses primarily on providing services, it is committed to operating with the lowest possible environmental impact, through monitoring Scope 1 and 2 emissions, reducing emissions intensity, and establishing challenging targets for the 2025-2027 plan period.
This commitment to combating climate change is also demonstrated by the use of self-generated energy and the use of photovoltaic and geothermal systems at its headquarters.
Finally, this commitment includes reducing waste and introducing circular economy practices into its production processes, pursuing a path of continuous improvement. Three Group companies have an environmental management system certified according to the UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 standard.
This approach also includes the development of a Home-Work Travel Plan, aimed at promoting more sustainable mobility among employees and contributing to the reduction of the Group's indirect emissions.

Trax99 places great emphasis on the social aspect of sustainability, believing that the company's true assets are its people and its customers.
Its daily commitment is, first and foremost, to guarantee every employee equal opportunities within the company, and for this reason, the Group combats all forms of discrimination based on gender, religion, age, social status, political opinion, and nationality within its companies. This focus on its employees is demonstrated by the American SA 8000 certification and the UNI ISO 45001:2018 certification (currently held by Trax99) regarding employee health and safety.
People play a key role in the company's success, and to contribute to their growth, the Group recognizes the importance of corporate training initiatives for professional and personal development.
Furthermore, Trax99 intends to establish and maintain excellent and long-lasting relationships with its customers, continuously striving to meet their needs and requests. Gaining customer trust is, in fact, one of the objectives that the Group's companies constantly aim to achieve, consolidate, and maintain over the long term.

In an ever-evolving world increasingly focused on and committed to sustainable development to ensure a better future for this planet, the concept of a profit-driven business is now outdated and unsuitable for the needs of today's society. Businesses are important not only for the creation of well-being and wealth, but also for social and environmental balance.
In December 2023, Trax99 decided to become a Benefit Corporation (BC) to internalize its commitments to common benefit in its bylaws and mission, leaving them as a legacy to future generations of managers and employees, as well as the local community.
Adopting the "Benefit Corporation" status formally establishes the company's commitment to pursuing objectives of common benefit, operating responsibly, sustainably, and transparently towards the environment, employees and collaborators, the community, and the local area. Trax99 thus joins a community of over 3,000 Benefit Corporations already present in Italy.
Benefit corporations, in carrying out an economic activity, in addition to the goal of making a profit, pursue one or more common-benefit objectives, operating responsibly, sustainably, and transparently towards people, communities, territories, the environment, and other stakeholders. They were introduced in Italy, the first country in Europe, with Law 208/2015.
Specifically, Trax99 is committed to:
• Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by offering and guaranteeing top-quality products, ensuring the security and privacy of managed data, and adopting ESG-based supply chain evaluation criteria;
• Creating an inclusive, safe, and supportive work environment for its employees' personal and professional development, maintaining flexible working hours and work-life balance tools, ensuring ongoing training and growth opportunities, fair compensation and promotion policies, and spreading a culture of sustainability;
• Maintaining its business model by adopting policies for the responsible use of natural resources by reducing pollution and consumption.
These common-benefit goals will be part of the choices and modus operandi aimed at contributing to the creation of a better and more sustainable future, pursuing the 3P paradigm: People, Planet & Profit.
