To ensure that both company employees and stakeholders have the opportunity to contribute to improving the Social Responsibility Management System, any interested party may anonymously file complaints and reports regarding facts and events involving abuse, offense, or illegality that have occurred in or related to the workplace and that violate the social responsibility principles of the SA 8000 standard and the company's Code of Ethics. These types of reports are handled internally by the Social Performance Team (SPT).
