Trax99, in full compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023, has adopted an Operating Procedure for managing the whistleblowing system. This procedure outlines the available reporting channels, the rights and protections of whistleblowers, and the managers identified as recipients of reports (Whistleblowing Committee). As indicated therein, all reports will be treated confidentially and, if requested by the whistleblower, completely anonymous.
